Cava is Spain’s sparkling wine, its name comes from the name of the stone cellars where wine is matured. Traditionally, cava is made of Macabeo, Xarel.lo and Parellada grapes, all native to Spain There are cavas that are all three, two or even a single grape variety. In some cases other grapes are also used, for example Monastrell or Pinot Noir in the case of Cava Rosé.
In this refreshing and fun event, for only $20, you will taste three cavas, Classic, Brut and Rosé, paired with three Japanese Oysters prepared in three different and exclusive ways by our Chef.
